Where The Ribbon Ends create wedding cakes and celebration cakes for customers across North Yorkshire.
Based at the family run Jervaulx Abbey Tearooms, Carol, Gayle and Anna bake over 100 different flavours of cakes, tray bakes and pastries.
We use local and high quality ingredients, have been awarded a level 5, ‘Excellent’, by the Food Standards Agency.
In 2001 Gayle took a night class learning how to cover a cake in hand made sugar roses, and never looked back. Using her creative flair, her passion and love of baking Where The Ribbon Endd began.
Gayle is mainly self taught and has under taken some professional training, and continues to learn, wanting to develop her skills further and stay up to date with trends. Every cake is made to your exact requirements – and if you’re not sure what you want, we have plenty of ideas to help you!
